Four courses of unique and creative sushi themed dishes, paired with our NYBP delicious Craft ales and lagers. This special collaboration showcases the talents of NYBP Headbrewer Jason Crossett, our NYBP Executive Chef lead by Besnik, Monica, and Anthony, and the Celebrity Chef behind Steakstone & Sushi – Chef Johnny Chi!
Wasabi Pork Shumai - Steamed wasabi pork dumpling, served with a soy lime dipping sauce, alongside edible orchids
Pepper Seared Ahi Tuna over Greens - Peppercorn crusted, flash-seared Ahi Tuna, fanned over Asian greens dressed in a sweet ponzu sauce, topped with sesame seeds
The NYBP / Steakstone Feast - An Asian culinary sampling platter, featuring various specialty sushi rolls, sashimi, and Chef Johnny’s famous Lo Mein, alongside steamed vegetables, wasabi and pickled ginger garnish
