Reservation Policy

No reservations…

Any time spent here at New York Beer Project is a great time. That’s why it is always so busy. We built this brewery as a community place for everyone to gather, and therefore, we do not take reservations. All guests are welcome anytime and if you want a seat, you can have one on a first come, first served basis.

So here’s the insider information: Generally, there usually isn’t a wait on Monday or Tuesday evenings at all, and if you are looking to enjoy The Project during a calm, uncrowded night, this is definitely the time to visit. Lunchtime during the week is another time to experience NYBP without the wait or the crowds. Most days, our head brewer Jason will be brewing and the place smells like heaven. During these quieter times, you’ll also usually find one of our Executive Chefs walking around the restaurant, chatting with our friends and getting their input on our Chef driven NYBP kitchen menu.

We can also tell you that our two busiest times of the week are Fridays from 4:30 to 9:30, and all day Saturday. It is also impossible to predict how long guests will remain seated at a table, and therefore very difficult to give a wait time. There’s no judging here at the brewery, so we would never pressure you or any other guest to feel like they have to leave their table because someone else is waiting.

We will take call-aheads for parties of 8 or more to be seated before 5:00 pm Monday through Wednesday. Please call the day you plan to visit to set this up and remember that we are unable to seat you until everyone in your party is present. We also serve our entire menu at the Gastropub bar and in our Tap Room. Tap Room seating is open; if you see an open table, grab it! It’s yours with no wait.

If there is a wait, sometimes that’s even better, because that allows you and your friends and family to take advantage of our indoor beer garden upstairs, which we nicknamed Lockport Disneyworld! Adults and kids alike can engage in a spirited Cornhole tournament or play our famous Giant Jenga. We have oversized Yahtzee and a Connect Four game that’s bigger than most of your kids! All the time you can relax with a cold beverage in one of our two cozy bars, or oversee all the dining and brewing action from our unique bird’s eye view loft spaces. We feature DJ Trivia every Thursday at 8pm, $8 Burgers every Wednesday, and live music in the brewery every Friday, beginning at 9:00 pm.

We are so happy you’re considering joining us here at New York Beer Project. Now come on in and see what the NYBP Experience is really about!
